Cancellation and Refund Policy

a) 30 Days before cancellation: 100% Refundable (Only if you deposit 100%)
b) 15-29 days before cancellation: 20% of the total charge (80% refund)
c) 8-14 days before cancellation : 50% of the total charge (50% refund)
d) 1-7 days before cancellation: 80% of the total charge (20% refund)
e) 1 Day before or the date of cancellation: NO REFUNDABLE
f) If there is a pandemic disease worldwide or any natural disaster on your tour date, the tour fee will be on hold as credit for the next travel or fully refunded.

* For a refund, we will refund after deduction of cancellation charges, and any commission may occur during money transfer.

* All days are mentioned above are based on working days.

Tour Prices and Surcharges

Our tour prices are based on US Dollars. Please confirm the tour costs when you book with us. We reserve the right to impose surcharges during the high season, and including weekends, holidays, festivals, or conventions due to increases in accommodation prices.

Responsibility

a) All kinds of the incident from any of the activities, it will be on your own responsibility.
b) All kinds of incidents from transportation, our guide will be on responsibility.
c) We strongly recommend you to purchase your own travel insurance before you depart to the final destination.
